NOTE: This is a fun, laid-back rec league with no playoffs. Space is limited to 4 girls teams (40 players) and 2 boys teams (20 players). Teams normally cap at 10 players and play 5v5, but may go up to 12 and play 6v6 if needed.

Players request their preferred practice location and day during registration. Final practice schedules will depend on total participants and coach availability; however, Rush Flag Football makes every effort to accommodate all requests whenever possible.
